During the Spring season, there are a variety of roles and responsibilities needed. Staff will be required to be flexible and assume many different roles during May and June. They will be involved in running rentals, preparing and planning summer programs, maintaining and developing camp grounds, as well as any training opportunities at camp or off site. During this season, PVBC places an emphasis on skill training, discipleship and leadership development. PVBC is looking for team-oriented individuals with positive attitudes and servant hearts to be part of the Spring Team. For more detailed descriptions about specific spring staff positions please see below.
PVBC is looking for people with strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Ideally, spring team applicants will be able to develop and lead a camp program or skill area during the summer.
